Q: Are your products safe to use for everyone?
A: Yes, all of the YOUN Beauty products are made with organic and natural ingredients and are safe for even those with sensitive skin.

Q: I live outside of the United States. Can you ship to me?
A: Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Q: You have fragrance as an ingredient, but isn’t fragrance toxic?
A: The fragrances in YOUN Beauty products are extremely minimal and don’t contain toxic ingredients. They’ve been carefully chosen to not irritate the skin or contain dangerous chemicals. Certain products, such as the retinol products, do not contain fragrance.

Q: Where does the collagen from the YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen and the YOUN Health Collagen Support come from?
A: The YOUN Health Supplemental Collagen is derived from bovine collagen, while the YOUN Health Collagen Support is derived from shellfish.

Q: How do I make an account?
A: Once you create your order and arrive at checkout, you’ll have an option to create an account at that time.

Q: Do your products contain gluten?
A: They do not, but it’s always important to look at all the ingredients in each product to make sure you will not react poorly.

Q: Do you test on animals?
A: No, all of the YOUN Beauty and YOUN Health products are cruelty-free.

Q: How much retinol is in your products?
A: The Retinol Moisturizer has 2.5%, and the Retinol Eye Cream has 1%.

Q: I’m pregnant! Which skin care products should I avoid?
A: Please avoid the Retinol Moisturizer, the Retinol Eye Cream, the Ultra Night Lift Therapy, and the Brightening Cream. All others in the YOUN Beauty line are safe for pregnant women to use.

Q: In what order should I apply my products?
A: With your order you will receive a product catalog. On the last page there is a skin care protocol to help you learn when and in what order to apply the products you have.

Q: Can I purchase YOUN Beauty or YOUN Health products over the phone?
A: Yes, we take orders by phone, but coupon codes and discounts apply to online orders only.

Q: I haven’t received my order yet. When can I expect it to arrive?
A: Shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days. If it hasn’t shown up after that time, please email us at onlinesales@dryoun.com.

Q: What is your return policy if I don’t like the products?
